Talkbox Marketing (“we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, store and share personal information, in line with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

What we collect

We collect the information you give us when you contact us, subscribe to our newsletter or work with us. This usually includes your name, business name, email address, phone number and the details of your enquiry. Our website also collects basic, anonymous analytics such as the pages visited and the type of device used.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to enquiries, deliver our services, send the newsletters you’ve asked for and improve our website. We won’t use it for anything else without your consent.

Who we share it with

We don’t sell your information. We share it only with trusted providers who help us run our business, such as our website host, email platform and accounting software, and only as much as they need. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

Storage and security

We take reasonable steps to keep your information secure and to delete it when we no longer need it. Some of our providers may store data overseas; where they do, we choose providers with appropriate safeguards.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time using the link in each email. You can ask to see or correct the information we hold about you, or make a complaint, by emailing us. We’ll respond within 30 days. If you’re not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page.
