Outside work she’s usually at a farmers’ market, talking to stallholders about their marketing whether they asked or not.

Josh turns briefs into ideas people remember. He has led campaigns for food, retail and arts clients, and he’s happiest with a whiteboard, a deadline and a slightly unreasonable idea.

He collects old packaging and has strong opinions about the typefaces on menus.

Ellie looks after media relations, from the first pitch to the follow-up call. Journalists know her as the publicist who only calls when there’s a real story.

Before Talkbox she worked in broadcast news, which explains the stopwatch habit.

Jonah runs search, social advertising and reporting. He makes sure every dollar of media spend has a job, and shows clients exactly what it did.

He’s the one who asks “how will we measure that?” in every meeting, and he’s usually right to.

Sophie plans and makes our social content, from shot lists to captions. She has a knack for spotting the moment in a shoot that will travel furthest online.

She’s also the studio DJ, in charge of the Friday playlist.

Theo leads design across brand, web and print. His work is clean, confident and built to be used by real teams, not just admired in a presentation.

When he isn’t designing, he’s restoring an old bicycle, very slowly.
